Returns & Refund Policy
Every piece we make is custom-illustrated from your photo, so we handle satisfaction differently than a standard retail store: you approve your artwork before anything is printed or shipped.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided artwork has not yet begun. After 24 hours, cancellations are granted at our discretion. If your artwork has already been illustrated, a cancellation fee of $20 for the first character and $25 for each additional character applies to cover artist time; the balance is refunded.
Damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders
If you receive the wrong product, the wrong size or print, or your item was damaged in transit, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. If we cannot produce a satisfactory replacement, we will issue a full refund.
Finished custom artwork
Because each piece is made to order from your photo and approved by you before printing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on approved, correctly-produced artwork.
Revisions
We offer unlimited free revisions to get your artwork right, covering:
- Color changes to eyes, skin, clothing, or hair
- Adjustments to capture likeness — moles, facial hair, piercings, glasses, and similar details
Requests outside this scope are change requests and incur a fee based on the work involved. These include:
- Change of clothing
- Change of body positioning or stance
- Change of design style ($20 per additional style)
- Request to use a different photo
To avoid change request fees, please include every detail you want in the artist notes when you order.
