Your custom artwork will be ready for review within 2-3 days of ordering, with unlimited free revisions to color and likeness until you approve it. Style, pose, and clothing changes are available for an additional fee.
We ship to US, Canada, and Australia.
Rates: Free on US orders over $100, otherwise $9.95 flat within the USA.
Timing: Your complimentary artwork preview arrives in 1-2 business days. After you approve it, printing takes 3-7 business days and US shipping takes 5-10 business days. Digital files are emailed immediately on approval.
No professional photography required. We just need a clear photo with good lighting.
If there's any issue with your photo, we'll reach out and ask for an alternative.
For house art: photos from Zillow, StreetEasy, Trulia, Google Earth, and similar sources work great too.
Contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes — including address corrections — up to 24 hours after ordering, or until your artist begins work, whichever comes first. After that, changes are handled case by case and may delay your order.
Changed your mind about your style after seeing the proof? No problem! We're happy to create your portrait in a different style. Since each piece is hand-illustrated digitally by our artists from the ground up, there's a $20 fee per additional style. You can then select your favorite for the final physical portrait.
